I am sure i can size down my own pasta recipes for spaghetti bolognese or pork ragu and adding broccoli rabe and sausage to pasta didnt seem to need to be in a book i can add two ingredients with cheese and red petter flakes to pasta without help

My only complaint is the quality of the paper it is a bit thin and the photos kind of look like grainy photos from the 1980s90s the quality of the photos not what is depicted in the photos

Its a minor complaint since it is a nice cookbook but i think it could have been better with better photos or higher quality paper

Their recipes tend to be a little more complicated than recipes from magazines or blogs however they have tested them so well that you are almost guaranteed that they will work

One small issue with organizationthe recipes are divided by type but as you page through the book there are no section dividers and no indication on the page which section youre in
