My only complaint is the quality of the paper it is a bit thin and the photos kind of look like grainy photos from the 1980s90s the quality of the photos not what is depicted in the photos

Its a minor complaint since it is a nice cookbook but i think it could have been better with better photos or higher quality paper

I am sure i can size down my own pasta recipes for spaghetti bolognese or pork ragu and adding broccoli rabe and sausage to pasta didnt seem to need to be in a book i can add two ingredients with cheese and red petter flakes to pasta without help

Im seen a number of cookbooks with pictures and print that look like they were done on an inkjet printer in grandmas basement

Most recipes are 4 to 6 steps and each step is very brief and to the point so following the directions doesnt feel onerous
