Installed 2 and both worked fine for a few days when the one used most wouldnt open from the outside

Managed to open it from the inside but 2 days later when it happened again it wouldnt open from either side

I removed the hardware and attempted to operate the deadbolt manually but that also failed and i was forced to cut the deadbolt in half with a reciprocating saw

But after only 6 weeks2 weeks past return policy it stopped centering the knob for the next use

Easy to set the combination to what you want and the only thing that would be a bit of help would be if the manufacture built alittle lite to see the combinations at night
