I'm really pleased with it i know others have commented about it being slow i timed it from closed to fully open in about 50s.

I used different ceiling bolts as only 2 lined up with a joist so 4 actually go all the way through ceiling and floorboard in the loft

I wasnt sure about getting something like this but the layout of my daughters room didnt really leave any other options for mounting a tv without rearranging the room
