The quality is good and it works really well.
Doesn’t take up too much room and you can exercise your ankles with the ease of rolling up and down.
Either that, or maybe we're both a bit thick, but this seems to be a common complaint for what is an otherwise decent product.

I followed the instructions based on someone elses review and it took 10 seconds to clip together but without this i wouldnt have had a clue what to do

Repeat for the other sideafter that well a few trial and error attempts at working out which side goes where or maybe going back to the box instructions and its all done

My issue being that i cross my feet under my desk subconsciously and all the time even right after ive caught and corrected myself so the rocker mechanism was actually seconday to having a partitioning ridge up the middle that makes this uncomfortable

Putting it together was strangley frustrating i suggest you ignore the instructions and read the review from pete m here which sorted things right out for me
