Other ae shoes i have are extremely comfortable right out of the box.

One thing i disagree on with most of the other reviewers, is thatthe shoes are not comfortable right out of the box.

Competitiveness

These shoes are rather expensive but well worth the investment.

There was a breaking-in period which i think is one of the hallmarks of a well-made shoe, baseball glove, or anything made of leather.

But for once i wanted a well-made, american-made, pair of shoes that look and feel expensive, rather than always looking crappy.
