Pros & Cons
Pros
They are true white and have a thick “cottony” feel and look. Most of the odor was finally gone.
This cover is exactly the size of my down comforter. It’s a crispy, thick cotton with a sateen-like finish. I’m using a very lightweight duvet so the weight is still nice even with the cover on.
Have slept with it two nights, and sleep like a baby! Gives quality sleep. Super comfortable and breathable. It's pretty cooling, as well.
Cons
It's not soft it's very rough, wrinkles, loud crinkle sound, and causes itchiness triggering her eczema. It makes a lot of crunching noise if you move in the bed.
My standard sized king comforter is now stuck in a queen sized sack. My complaint is with the size.
Highlights
Quality
The blanket fits perfectly inside, it zips easily and is made from quality cotton.
Everything to like, well made, fits perfectly, cotton is sturdy yet supple
The formaldehyde smell was bad, but it went away completely after soaking it in vinegar and baking soda, and then letting it air dry.
All the little feathers i was losing from my down comforter are contained, and no longer a nuisance.
Price
Overall i’m satisfied with the cover, especially at the current price point.
For a under $50 price, the duvet cover (sealing those pesky dust mites) is white, soft enough and decent looking.
