The mattress on their came from amazon as well, and i will be giving that mattress a five star review and well worth the money as well.

The package contained, intentionally, an extra bolt of each type.
The package included a little ratchet tool which was nice.

Also, i've seen this frame and another that's very similar that have an led light bar above the headboard or under the bed frame.
