Pros
This bed frame is amazing and has a modern rustic feel to it. It's sturdy and looks good and the wood is high quality and heavy. The quality of frame is good and very stable.
Took me 90 mins from opening the box to walking away with sheets and comforter on. It is silent, with strong metal barsto hold the mattress. There's no squeaking or rattling. We have a 12 inch mattress and it perfectly rises above the wood panel.
Cons
Will be returning it as well. The answer to this issue lies fully on the seller.

So if you don’t want to have to finagle putting together a lot of pieces to a bed frame this is not a frame for you

It has a little ridge round it to stop the mattress sliding about

The really good thing is that the wooden part of the headboard is only 8 12 inches from the frame so anythingunder your pillow cant fall down the back
