These have a base of approximately 1/4 inch if this information will help anyone else with the same situation from their old knobs.

They each come with a 1” screw which is also individually packaged inside with each know so the screw doesn’t scratch the knob

While not obvious in the illustration the stem of the knob is slightly tapered with the base against the drawer somewhat smaller in diameter than the base of the stem against the pull itself
