When the bolt is screwed all the way into the drawer pull the thread part of the bolt is 34 inches exposed

If you have a good local hardware store you will be able to get shorter bolts and they look like the shorter bolts would be ballpark twenty cents each

If you have cabinets thicker than 34 inch if they are 78 inch you are probably good to go

The drawer pull has holes in the back for the mounting bolts

This is a much better way of mounting than what you will see on some pulls where the bolts come in through the front then theres a washer and a bit of bolt sticking out on the inside of your drawer

Instead the inside of the drawer is flush and bolts for this dont stick out
