There are 8 pin holes with approx 10 hair like fibers sticking up out of each hole & all of approx 3mm. Images are now bleached white and grainy. I try everything even a manual ejecting but nothing work.

I bought it to see if i could get rid of skipping on my older, high quality cd player.
I inserted the disc cleaner, hit play and after about 2 minutes the process was complete.
My 12 year old blu ray player was not reading the discs anymore and i figured the laser lens was done.
The navigation system didn't work when she bought it and the cd player didnt sound that clear.
