It fills in and shapes brows nicely and stays on all day. Goes on smoothly. Wears well on my eyebrows.
After it dries, wipe away the excess with a tissue. Makes eyebrows look fuller. I do recommend brushing your eyebrows after to blend it.
Cons
Not for me. Wand is tiny and product is gloppy. Applicator is scratchy and irritates the skin.
