Pros
This eyeshadow goes on smoothly & easily with either the curved applicator or an eye makeup brush. It doesn't get cakey or icky in annoying ways that can happen to those of us at a “midlife-plus/upwardly-midlife” age.
The pigment is perfect and not too heavy/light. They add color but not so very dark for lighter skinned persons. The colors are perfect to bring out my blues, but holy geez.
Almay products are good and affordable, no doubt about it. Good for work; not too flashy.
These are comfy and fit well. And it wears fairly well (meaning through most of the day) cleared to leave house. Goes on smoothly and lasts.
Cons
When this was delivered it was crumbled in pieces and the compact was broken. I'm amazed it didn't arrive broken since it was sent in a large plastic bag with no padding. It was literally just thrown all by itself in a huge box, no packing material at... Read More
Curved applicator is a nuisance. It's very hard to use. It is messy and nearly un-useable.

I didn’t give it five stars because the one color wasn’t as mossy green as i was hoping for but i still kept the product.
I'm not good with shadows, but this is very pretty.

I was very happy to find this and the price was very reasonable.

However they came in a padded paper package with no other cushioning around them and the shadow in both of them was cracked and broken
