If one can't afford a brand-name, this is a respectable cost-effective substitute. Shake before use.

Cons

It smells like nothing but alcohol, does not moisturize at all & is terrible on my eyes. It is useless, especially with waterproof mascara.

I’m sure there’s some other brands that work well too but for the price, this is the best.
