Pros & Cons
Pros
It covers without caking and it's just the right complement for my skin tone. The only drawback is no applicator is included. It goes on your brushes and skin smoothly.
This is my favorite shadow and i love this color pallet. I absolutely love the color it lasts and its bright pigment.
These shadows are smooth (not creamy or buttery), build & blend well. Really love all the options (matte, varying shimmer/ sparkle levels) cause a stir is my fave middle of the road neutral. Very subtle but gives just enough shimmer to your eyes.
Cons
The matte, however, is trash. It is so sheer and there's so little product transfer. It arrived in a million pieces. Can't believe not packaged in a bubble envelope.
Highlights
Competitiveness
It's a great deal and great set for the price.

My usual primer didnt really seem to make a huge difference

Might be worth trying a wet application and some sort of finishing spray to keep the sparkles under control
