Alpha gpc or alpha-glycerophosphocholine (agpc) is a choline-containing phospholipid isolated from soy. I now have it with some home fermented yogurt (gut health is also brain health! The only downside is that it's messier than the other brands.

Having a larger quantity is great because i can customize my dosage and it will last a long time.
Was skeptical of this product for lifting at first but the psychological effect it has is pretty unmatched.
As others have stated, this does not completely dissolve in water.

The product arrived a week earlier than expect and seems to be good quality.
I've had speedy delivery and customer service from them.
Packaging/appearance
Solid company, great packaging, will be ordering more products soon.
Would be nice if they added a silica gel packet.
The package doesn't like to seal well, but i like to transfer bulk supplements to glass jars for storage anyway.

Tastes kinda bad if you dry scoop like i do so id probably recommend mixing it with your other pre workout supplements first to drown out the taste
