Quality seems great but i haven't had them long so i cannot speak to wear and tear.

If your goal is stronger hands and forearms, i can definitely recommend this product.

I would suggest starting with the smaller alpha grips.

With the 3 inch grips i can almost close my hand around them and wow, do they ever activate my forearms.

Honestly the price is what stopped me from buying these sooner.
