But after contacting the alton team they immediately within the 2 days attended the issue

The reason it looses 1 star is because its not easy to install

The product was good and nice looking it was heavy and felt durable but after few months the tube came off from the stand and wasnt able to fix back since it was too heavy to fix it back and we had to adjust it using a pvc pipe for holding it with the stand
