Pros
The product looks well built and feels premium. Just loving it. Thanks to amazon. Com i was impressed with the product.
Cons
Spent another 1000 rupee for a local part & repea installation. Though this tap have 7 years warranty but its started * within one and half years. Must be very brittle and extremely poor quality.

You would need the help of a plumber to fix this, it is very sturdy and should last many years
At my house builder provides low quality taps and bib cocks all replace with alton.
But i am very happy with their quality.

Value for money & and also bulid quality is good and also look good
I request you to reduce the price of item it seems to be high .
It is competitive on price and does come with warranty.
Packaging/appearance
Price is reasonable and brand and packaging was awesome.
Competitiveness
It is one brand that i would compare with jaguar bathroom fittings.
Quality is as good as those brand products that are priced 3 times.
