Pros
Hand faucet is reliable when travelling out of india. It's great to use on my hk and china trips where there is no jet sprays in any loos.
Cons
Great by appeal but worst by performance. The only feature is, it is retractable. But it doesn't do well in the most needed water pressure feature of a bidet.
