As a shorttomedium distance runner in good shape with a decent history of lightweight running shoe preference and experience and a somewhat wide foot i thought these would be ideal

I decided to write this as a fair warning to anyone seriously interested in these shoes for doing more than running at a static pace on a flat treadmill because i found them to be dangerous for most things i want to do and they wrecked my it bands when given the chance
