Pros & Cons
Pros
The toe box is totally unique. Your heel and arch are snugly cradled so they do not slip or turn. Love the zero grade heel to toe, allows natural gait.
The shoes are not too big for my feet, but there is just enough room for them to swell. My feet are wide, altra is my goto brand. The support from this shoe allows me to run comfortably 15 - 20 miles a week.
Cons
The laces are way too short. It is sloppy and ends up making my arch hurt. It pushes my heel out to the side and the ball of my foot to the left. The midfoot and heel are just too narrow.
