Actually used them today hate finely crushed limestone trails and resulting pebbles in my shoe this did the trick definitely go by size of your ankles i got smallmed to match my toothpick size ankles despite wearing size 10 next size up would have been way too loose

Not sure why but they only give you velcro for one side of the gators for installation to your shoes and it was the outside piece

I used that piece on my shoes and had to flip the gators under so that they would attach if not this would have been a 5 star review
