However according to altra you should have a 12” of extra room from the top of your big toe to the toe box

I had to swap out the insole for an orthotic due to mortons neuroma

But theyre very small and i had to go 1 full size up from my normal running shoe size

Not sure about the latest release of this shoe as i know it has been modified so this review applies to this shoe release only which is why i did not buy it with my pro deal and resorted to amazon
