The shoe causes the foot fall in a different place so your legs get sore in different places than your usual soreness from running ease into using them ramp up the mileage start small at first

I picked the box up from the mail box and thought they sent an empty box lol they have a wider toe area which doesn’t help or bother me

Soles are very spongey and comfy but if you need more support wear an insert with arch support

Ive also had the joy of having a neuroma for the last few years making everything worse and requiring orthotics in any running shoe i buy
