The shoe causes the foot fall in a different place so your legs get sore in different places than your usual soreness from running ease into using them ramp up the mileage start small at first

The upper is a non stretchy knit that does not breathe well the logo on the side and film inside puts pressure exactly at the ball of your foot on the inside which is the worst place to have pressure ever if you have a wider foot
