I searched the whole box and packaging no luck

Then when i went to throw out the boxes the inside styrofoam piece slid out and on the back side of it in a little cut out the keys and mounting screws were taped in a small bag

Unit is not waterproof but is not a concern as installation area is sheltered

But bad feature is when you unlock and pull the door down to open and get the mail there is no hinge to lie it flat so it drops down vertically and all the mail falls out unless you catch it or hold the door with your other hand
