Good ingredients outweigh the bad ingredients. Good for you ingredients include spinach extract, spirulina, and lots of good stuff to keep a person healthy. I still take vitamins to help offset the effects of oxycodone.

I like to swirl and drink it mixed in. Freaks my co workers out with the bubbling and color.

The tablet dissolves as expected and the little canisters are easy to carry. Takes some time to dissolve ( not an alka seltzer or even emergenc) but does eventually get there.
