Pros

I really love the flavor, but it takes a long time for the table to dissolve. I have a 32 oz plastic bottle (held cherry juice new) and the tablets fit through the mouth.

Cons

The package expiration date is 3/2020. When ordered, shows its returnable but it's not. A waste of my hard earned money.

I felt nauseous after drinking this. One of the problems for me is, its too frizzy. Don't like the greenish goo at the bottom of the glass.
