Best value for the buck. Ships within two days and the price is 15% lower than my local health food store. No complaints with this product.
It makes me feel great since it’s packed with vitamins and minerals, it relieves my bloating. Also wonderful source of fiber, for keeping your bowel movements regular.
Cons
The earth's crust is made up of 59% silicone dioxide or silica. Inhaling finely divided crystalline silica is toxic. The expiry date of february 2020 is way to short.

The taste is okay but its really powdery its hard to drink it with water because the powder doesnt completely dissolve
