Pros
The napkin digests easier than hank on a sausage. The only drawback is that in the beginning of using this product for the first time is that you will have catastrophic diarrhea.
This is doable as far as greens powders go. I like it mixed with my plant based no flavor protein powder and oat milk. I mix it with powdered vanilla pea pod protein products, and it blends well so the taste isn't so strong.
