Pros

Great product and gluten free for sure. It mixes well and tastes fine. This isn't some fluorescent label supplement from gnc this is real food.

The only kinda * thing is the graininess when you drink it. It tastes like grass, and it bangs up your protein shake. These people complaining about the taste is quite comical.

I take a tablespoon of dry powder and put it in my mouth, i allow the saliva to moisten it and turn it into a paste like substance and i swish it around my mouth for 5 to 15 mins. I also make my own tooth paste using this.

It gives me energy, helps alkaline my body thus prevent gout attacks ( i have gout). It helps my * too. This product when taken religiously keeps the pain in my thigh area away!

Cons

Anyone who has juiced wheat grass knows that the quantity of juice to waste is very small. I have a hard time believing the nutritional stats as they are almost identical to the stats for the juice. They are supposed to expire middle of next year.

What i like is easy to add to smoothies, and gives you an energy boost.

I use a shot glass and swish it in my month morning and night for 5 minutes each then swallow it.

I grew my own wheat grass for a year or so, not worth it when you can just buy this product.
