Pros

The taste is strong, but i don't mind it. I have a tea spoon in the morning as well and it gives a cool sense of freshness. Up to a whole teaspoon is fantastic.

My bowel movements are much more and fuller which is excellent. My skin is soft, i feel comfortable without any moisturizer. I use it every day, and it helps reduce the phlegm stuck around my vocal cords.

Cons

The taste is horrendous. The odor and taste of this product is very overwhelming and i could not tolerate it.

My latest bottle which i kept refrigerated has a film it leaves on the spoon after taking it *. Bottle was not properly sealed. Manufacturer has a faulty lid sealing problem.
