Pros

It uses a micro paper cut (the best cut) that most shredders do not use. Very good price, and seems to be well-reviewed and rated. We're glad we purchased it.

Shreds up to 12-sheets of 20-pound bond paper at a time. Auto-feed feature is wonderful as i can put multiple regular-size sheets (8. Pages) unbox it and start shredding. Haven't shredded anything but papers yet.

The pull out bin is far easier to empty than removing a cutting head and turning the trash container upside down. It has at least a 6 gallon paper bin which is great. The bin has a 6-gallon capacity and slides out and back in easily.

It is exceptional. It's compact and fits nicely in your home. The shredder is powerful and not too noisy.

Cons

Since i can't disassemble the machine it is impossible to really check the issue. Apparently there is a part of the flapper that is supposed to press the microswitch. I know the issue is the front sensor.

No way to clear it without disassembling and hand cleaning all the grinding parts. Blades are dull and it chews through paper in strips, not micro cut which also clogs the blades up quickly.
