These guitar stands basically come in three pieces and are pretty simple to assemble.
Price
For the price i'm happy with the two guitar stands that i bought.
I thought the price and the value was well worth it and they went together with no problem at all for me.
I thought for around $15 this guitar stand would do for now.
Good value for the money for sure, just haven't tested the foldability on it.
Packaging/appearance
It does fold up, but it's still not that compact to pack in a gig bag.

The rod is keyed so after you insert it into the tree you just rotate it 180 so that the key is facing downward

There are some very durable guitar stands on the market and the price is much higher

The bottom where the guitar body rests folds and to assemble it you need to line up a key type knob on the spindle with the hole in the body of the stand

The three legs lock in place and you have to push them to fully extend
