Service and product are not good this is very very bed it barely makes water cool customer service is extremely poor— it is simply of no use why do you have sell lame products with a branded amazon basics logo on it not recommended cooling cabinet is not working and calling on customer support they are not giving service and just giving amazon number for return delivery never buy amazon basic product new product not working purchased this product to help me team with cold water during this summer
