My laptop heat pipes were in the middle which was getting heated so i needed a middle fan which was available in the 800 rs variant so i opted for this

Metal mesh is present althoug it looks like plastic

It has noise below 45db because my noise cancellation earphone of capacity 55db worked and i didnt hear any noise

Also my laptop averages 44 degree now under light loads and 55 at moderate loads and 65 at high loads
