Pros
The stand is sturdy and does not move! The part that touches your laptop or device has soft silicone-like pads to prevent scratches, and has the same pads on the bottom to prevent it from slipping.
It's not perfect but it's worth the asking price. Works really well and is very clean looking. Would definitely recommend it, especially for the price.
The amazon basics laptop stand riser is a lifesaver for anyone working from home. Having a good laptop stand that is movable is key. This riser definitely help with that.
This item is soo amazing. Great quality. Amazing service. All around very pleased.
Cons
The product description claims it holds 11 lbs, but the surface laptop is only 4 lbs. This is worthless as a laptop stand. This one should not have made it past quality control, imo.
The joints at each of the bending points that allow you to adjust the height and tilt of the stand are ridiculously stiff. There is no apparent way to retighten these joints / hinges and so the stand is now useless. Unless the angle its at is very ext... Read More
