This is exactly what i was looking for was very reasonably priced and has worked flawlessly since installed on a high use door.

Good for the price just too much oil

Overall however, for the price and end result i feel the value is there.

Packaging/appearance

I ordered matching matte black hinges and with the exception of the dings, it looks really nice.

I'm not quite sure how it gets damaged because they are well packaged in individual boxes.

All parts were included in the box as well as a few additional screws.
