Pros
Nice stitching. Great length, athletic fit. A nice option for your business casual needs.
Material is smooth, keeps a crease even when worn in hot new orleans. The fabric is a nice wool, and has some thickness to it.
Bb milano fit is my go to fit, need some taper around the calf. This buttoned down slim fit is around soho fit.
These pants fit perfectly. They are slim, but not so much so that they cling to the leg or look like skinny jeans.
Cons
Imo, not worth the price. Huge waist and very tight everywhere else.

Fit is great quality is very good.
The fabric is very high quality, and has a nice mid weight to it that makes them work equally well in the heat or the cold.
5 inches, causing extra material to buckle at waist and rear of pants.
Upon first open, they smelled fresh (not factory) and felt like i would expect italian wool to feel.
Price
For those of you out there who appreciate value, this is a no-brainer.
Nobody would buy these pants when amazon lists as $95 or $129 (price goes up/down sometimes and depends on color you buy).
But that comes at a much greater pricepoint though

I reduced rating by a point since the fit and color are odd fit loose at the waist and very narrow at the ankles almost 234 narrower than any modern slim fit dress pant i have from hugo boss saks or banana republic monogram suiting
