They hug closely all around the groin and through the thighs so even if the waist fits it might be snug in overall fit

The belt loops are spaced nicely as recently ive noticed some of my other pants are either too close or too far from the center point making my belt flap wave in the wind which is awkward

Overall stitching and quality is very good you definitely get what you pay for with these
