So when my old boxers became so ragged that my bride became seriously concerned about how if i was rushed to the er and they had to cut my pants to treat me the staff would be laughing so hard at my holey boxers that theyd forget to treat me in time that i knew i had to do something

The elastic waste band is exposed on the inside i would expect that to be covered in fabric
