The zipper has pulls at both top and bottom so you can have the bottom open a bit like leaving a bottom button unfastened

That being said it says machine washable and i have to agree it does work well with machine washing and can be put into the dryer without fear of the material getting damaged

The large size garment is 30 inches in length the chest circumference measured from the underarm seam all the way around is 50 inches
