I'm a 34d victoria's secret, 5'5, 140 lbs and the medium fits me great.
I am a natural 36d/dd and never thought i could wear a bralette because i have bought many and none have worked.
I ordered a medium originally and loved it - comfy, and more support than most bralettes, but the cups were a little too big for me.
