It is solid and comes preassembled. Upholstery is well fitted and with a wood flannel texture. Nice punch of color (mustard) without being too bright.

It's a bit risky buying furniture sight unseen, but this turned out to be a great chair. This chair is awesome! Low profile, but high impact chair. Happily surprised with the comfort and style of this green velvet chair.

They are low enough to not block seeing the fireplace from the sofa, yet high enough to provide comfortable seating. They appear to be constructed well and are comfortably padded. Small footprint makes them versatile, smooth easy swivel.

Back support is good, and the sides can be used as armrests if you are tall enough. Small enough to fit in a tight space, but big enough to feel roomy and comfortable. Very comfortable for both me and my husband, while still being sturdy.

The seat is large and very comfortable and it swivels almost effortlessly. The swivel feature is an exceptional touch - just what this chair needs.
