Pros

These are cute, comfy and sturdy. It's neutral enough to fit into many spaces and has a super simple design. It is also fairly light to move and fits through a turn in a stairway easily.

It is on the firmer side and feels well supported with just enough give. Cushioning is firm yet comfortable. The foam is a little stiff but will soften with age.

Furniture is very comfortable, and make a nice casual set for my den. My wife and or kids often get cozy with our pup on the sofa with a throw blanket and some down pillows. The couch itself is fine for what we wanted.

It seats two people spaciously, though 3 people might get a little squishy. There is a bright pink zipper bag attached that’s labeled “legs enclosed”.

Cons

It looks nice, but it clearly is not made to be durable. No legs. Scheduling the pick up has been an utter nightmare. No packaging since they took that when they delivered it. What a hassle.

Still have not gotten my refund as of 6/26/22, couch was picked up by amazon's courier pilot. The couch is significantly smaller than advertised. Two separate people commented that they look like they belong in a medical lobby.

Shipping was seamless, with our delivery guys arriving on time and carrying the piece up three stories with ease.

The shipping box was flimsy and gouged with holes and tears.

Packaging/appearance

Legs were cleverly hidden in the couch.

After several months, it still looks great, no pilling, tears or depressions in the cushions.

There were some punctures in the cardboard packaging (where fork lifts punctured it).

Competitiveness

The couch is good quality, pretty good height, cushions are firm but i wasn't looking for a pillowtop couch.

Also a great value compared to similar products.
