Pros
Easy to assemble, just attach the leg brackets and screw in the legs. Build quality seems good. The only con for new buyers is the price.
Cons
My previous 13 year old flexsteel is more solid than this couch. Cushions are flattened out after a few days. Frame creaks terribly.
