My solution was to “carefully” run a drill in these locator holes just to knock off the nubs.

One of my pictures shows the pieces after sorting and after preassembling a lock washer and a standard washer onto each of the bolts

In addition there was one mistake on the instructions that is not critical but might beconfusing to some and one manufacturing decision that i think is a big problem and complicates assembly

The manufacturing issue that i have is that where the door hinges fasten onto the cabinet on the inside rather than having pilot holes there are very slightly drilled locator holes for the two rear screws of each of the four inside hinge mounts

The problem that i have is not that they used locator holes but that the drill bit that they used to create the locator holes is a hollowpoint type bit that leaves a raised nub directly in the middle of the hole refer to attached photo

The issue with this is that when you attempt to screw in the fastener it does not center in the hole but slips off center and goes in crooked
