The fabric is thick but not hot live in florida the elastic band and seams are softly embedded in the fabric itself so it doesnt rub on him or scratch

While the sizing of the medium is accurate hes on the chunky side the legs of the underwear ride up and stretch out a bit after wearing them for so long

If they had a band around the leg then maybe this would resolve the problem

So in conclusion the material is good and soft but your little one may get agitated since the legs of the underwear dont stay in place all day

I bought these because they were one size up from the previous size my son was using which was getting too small
